Requirements
- Extensive experience with B2B GTM analytics across marketing, sales, RevOps, and customer success.
- Proficient in writing sophisticated SQL with a focus on well-architected data models and optimized query performance.
- Proficient with at least one visualization & business intelligence platform (e.g., Sigma, Tableau, Mode).
- Strong verbal and communication skills to articulate technical approaches and business impact.
- Ability to expedite projects using rapid, incremental development.
- Structured approach to handling ambiguous exploratory analysis using an MVP mindset.
- Proven ability to influence company-level outcomes through data-driven goals.
- Excellent judgment and sharp business and product instincts for project prioritization.
Responsibilities
- Apply analytics methods to gain insights across sales, RevOps, marketing, and customer success, such as conversion funnels and attribution.
- Consolidate diverse facts and findings into compelling narratives that can be applied across Tremendous.
- Advocate for data-informed decisions by partnering with key stakeholders and senior leaders.
- Identify and implement improvements within the Data team by standardizing processes and developing innovative practices.
- Provide mentorship and foster new expertise within the team.
- Join a growing team of analysts and contribute to team collaboration and culture.
