Requirements
- Expertise in writing sophisticated SQL with a focus on well-architected data models and query optimization.
- Proficiency with at least one visualization and business intelligence platform (e.g., Sigma, Tableau, Looker, Mode).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical decisions and business impact.
- Experience working alongside AI tools and evaluating AI-generated outputs.
- Proven ability to manage projects through rapid, incremental development.
- Structured approach to ambiguous exploratory analysis with an MVP mindset.
- Excellent judgment and business instincts to effectively prioritize tasks.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to trusted, reliable data models and semantic layer coverage that make AI-generated analyses more accurate.
- Apply various analytics methods to gain insights into critical aspects of our business.
- Consolidate diverse facts and findings into compelling narratives that can be applied across Tremendous.
- Advocate for data-informed decisions by partnering with key stakeholders and senior leaders.
- Identify and implement improvements within the Data team by standardizing processes, developing innovative practices, and fostering new expertise.
