  • 3+ years of experience in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or a closely related field.
  • B2B SaaS experience is strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to build and run programs that drive measurable retention and expansion revenue.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to translate customer outcomes into compelling stories.
  • Experience working with data, including NPS scores, renewal rates, and expansion pipelines.
  • Highly collaborative and self-directed work style.
  • Experience in K-12 educational technology.
  • AI-forward mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute renewal campaigns by product, segment, and contract cycle.
  • Build upsell and cross-sell plays across the full product suite.
  • Manage the case study and testimonial program, including sourcing and writing.
  • Build a pipeline of referenceable customers for conferences and sales cycles.
  • Manage the NPS program, including survey cadence, analysis, and closed-loop follow-up.
  • Create content to support adoption milestones and communicate new features.
  • Lead customer programming at company summits and regional events.
