Proven experience working in a DevOps or similar role.
Experience with Linux administration at scale and understanding of Linux internals.
Proficiency in programming and scripting languages: Shell, Python, or Go.
Proficiency with Kubernetes tooling including kubectl, Helm, and Kustomize.
Solid understanding of version control systems (Git).
Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform).
Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI.
Understanding of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
Good proficiency in English (B2 or higher).
Preferred: Relevant certifications (AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, CKA, CSA).
Preferred: Experience with serverless architectures and microservices.
Preferred: Knowledge of security best practices in cloud and on-premises environments.

Design and implement automation solutions for infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployment.
Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable software delivery.
Propose, plan, and execute projects to improve existing infrastructure solutions and processes.
Implement and manage containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes to enhance scalability.
Troubleshoot and resolve system and application performance issues to ensure high availability.
Manage and optimize cloud-based infrastructure, including resource provisioning, cost optimization, and security.
Enhance monitoring and logging solutions to provide insights into system health and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align development and operations.
