Requirements
- Led product at a high-growth B2B SaaS company (Series A–C).
- Experience in vertical AI, legaltech, or professional-services industries.
- Strong experience managing, hiring, and mentoring PM teams.
- Ability to switch fluidly between portfolio strategy and detailed user flows.
- Proven track record of driving product launches end-to-end.
- Deep curiosity and understanding of AI agents and model capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills for PRDs, board presentations, and team collaboration.
- Urgency, calm, and effective prioritization skills.
- Experience building products within third-party surfaces like Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Nice to have).
- Familiarity with LLM product patterns like prompt design and RAG (Nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Define and champion a unified product vision across the entire Spellbook portfolio.
- Build, manage, and mentor a small team of Product Managers.
- Own the product roadmap end-to-end, including prioritization, sequencing, and trade-offs.
- Partner with engineering and design to drive execution, specs, and successful product launches.
- Lead go-to-market coordination with marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
- Synthesize customer insights into actionable product decisions.
- Partner with the CEO and leadership on product strategy and company direction.
