  • Previous experience in customer service or back-office (preferred)
  • Experience with Salesforce (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Efficiently organize and book appointments for customers
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on appointments and customer inquiries
  • Manage multiple tasks and priorities within a fast-paced environment
  • Perform various back-office tasks to support customer service operations
  • Provide excellent customer service both via phone and email
  • Gather and document all necessary information during customer interactions to ensure high-quality service
  • Continuously update knowledge of the company's services and procedures
  • Maintain a professional demeanour, even in stressful situations
