Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer questions and concerns via phone, email, and chat in Portuguese.
  • Assist with account management, subscription issues, and content-related inquiries.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to streaming devices and platforms.
  • Maintain detailed records of all interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service improvements.
  • Keep updated on new content and platform features to provide accurate information to customers.
