Requirements
- High French level (oral & written)
- Fluent in Spanish or English
- Previous experience in User Support or Customer Service positions
- Experience using Zendesk is preferred
- Skilled at planning, organizing, prioritizing and executing simultaneous tasks
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-orientated with excellent time-management skills
- Flexible and able to adapt quickly
- Must reside in Spain
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service via e-mail, phone or social media for solving any incidents generated
- Manage incoming calls and chats and customer service inquiries
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Perform parallel work for the Department of Operations
