Requirements

  • High French level (oral & written)
  • Fluent in Spanish or English
  • Previous experience in User Support or Customer Service positions
  • Experience using Zendesk is preferred
  • Skilled at planning, organizing, prioritizing and executing simultaneous tasks
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-orientated with excellent time-management skills
  • Flexible and able to adapt quickly
  • Must reside in Spain

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service via e-mail, phone or social media for solving any incidents generated
  • Manage incoming calls and chats and customer service inquiries
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Perform parallel work for the Department of Operations
