- High level of French (oral and written)
- Fluency in Spanish or English

- Detail-oriented and solution-oriented approach
- Ability to work effectively under time-management constraints
- Residency in Spain
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service via email, phone, or social media to resolve incidents
- Manage incoming calls, chats, and general inquiries
- Use appropriate methods and tools to provide accurate and complete information
- Handle customer complaints, provide solutions, and ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions and process accounts
- Follow internal communication procedures and guidelines
- Support the Department of Operations with tasks during downtime
