  • Detail-oriented and solution-oriented approach
  • Ability to work effectively under time-management constraints
  • Residency in Spain

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service via email, phone, or social media to resolve incidents
  • Manage incoming calls, chats, and general inquiries
  • Use appropriate methods and tools to provide accurate and complete information
  • Handle customer complaints, provide solutions, and ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions and process accounts
  • Follow internal communication procedures and guidelines
  • Support the Department of Operations with tasks during downtime
