Requirements
- High level of Italian (oral and written).
- Fluent in Spanish or English.
- Must reside in Spain.
- Previous experience in User Support or Customer Service positions.
- Previous experience using Zendesk is preferred.
- Strong skills in planning, organizing, prioritizing, and executing simultaneous tasks.
- Excellent time-management and interpersonal communication skills.
- Solution-oriented, reliable, and detail-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work in a flexible, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service by phone, email, or social media for solving daily incidents.
- Manage and efficiently handle incoming calls and chats to ensure high-quality communication.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods and tools.
- Handle customer complaints, provide solutions within time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, process accounts, and file documents.
- Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Perform parallel operational work for the Department of Operations.
