Requirements

  • High level of Italian (oral and written).
  • Fluent in Spanish or English.
  • Must reside in Spain.
  • Previous experience in User Support or Customer Service positions.
  • Previous experience using Zendesk is preferred.
  • Strong skills in planning, organizing, prioritizing, and executing simultaneous tasks.
  • Excellent time-management and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Solution-oriented, reliable, and detail-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work in a flexible, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service by phone, email, or social media for solving daily incidents.
  • Manage and efficiently handle incoming calls and chats to ensure high-quality communication.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods and tools.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide solutions within time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, process accounts, and file documents.
  • Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Perform parallel operational work for the Department of Operations.
