Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in cybersecurity or technology sales.
  • Proven experience in a net new logo, quota-carrying "hunter" role.
  • Proven experience identifying, recruiting and developing partners, alliances, or indirect sales models.
  • Experience managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Working knowledge of MEDDIC / MEDDPICC or similar sales methodology.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and commercial skills.
  • Exposure to managed security services (MDR, MSSP, DFIR, Threat Intelligence) strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage personal network to engage, recruit and develop new partners.
  • Deliver against annual new business (ARR) targets across UK and Ireland through a balanced mix of direct and partner-led sales.
  • Build and manage a new net pipeline from scratch.
  • Generate opportunities through partner and alliance channels as well as proactive direct outreach.
  • Manage end-to-end complex sales cycles.
  • Maintain ownership of the sales cycle while effectively orchestrating internal teams and partners.
  • Position OBRELA's services using a value- and outcome-based selling approach.
  • Apply MEDDIC / MEDDPICC (or equivalent) to ensure strong qualification, pipeline discipline, and forecast accuracy.
  • Maintain accurate CRM reporting and clear visibility of both direct and partner-influenced pipeline.
