Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in cybersecurity or technology sales.
- Proven experience in a net new logo, quota-carrying "hunter" role.
- Proven experience identifying, recruiting and developing partners, alliances, or indirect sales models.
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Working knowledge of MEDDIC / MEDDPICC or similar sales methodology.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and commercial skills.
- Exposure to managed security services (MDR, MSSP, DFIR, Threat Intelligence) strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Leverage personal network to engage, recruit and develop new partners.
- Deliver against annual new business (ARR) targets across UK and Ireland through a balanced mix of direct and partner-led sales.
- Build and manage a new net pipeline from scratch.
- Generate opportunities through partner and alliance channels as well as proactive direct outreach.
- Manage end-to-end complex sales cycles.
- Maintain ownership of the sales cycle while effectively orchestrating internal teams and partners.
- Position OBRELA's services using a value- and outcome-based selling approach.
- Apply MEDDIC / MEDDPICC (or equivalent) to ensure strong qualification, pipeline discipline, and forecast accuracy.
- Maintain accurate CRM reporting and clear visibility of both direct and partner-influenced pipeline.
