Requirements

  • Experience in Marketing Operations, CRM Operations, Growth Operations, or Brand Operations.
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategy and execution.
  • Hands-on experience building automations using n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar platforms.
  • Experience using Claude Code or other AI-powered development tools.
  • Expertise in process design, workflow optimization, and operational excellence.
  • Ability to independently prioritize initiatives and execute end-to-end.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to connect improvements to business outcomes.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Outstanding communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Embed across Growth Marketing, CRM, Creative, Influencer, and Brand teams to identify operational bottlenecks.
  • Prioritize and implement scalable solutions to improve time, quality, and operational efficiency.
  • Design and own marketing operating rhythms, including campaign intake, planning cadences, and reporting.
  • Manage the marketing automation ecosystem and standardize the technology stack.
  • Design and deploy automations using Claude Code, Trigger.dev, Hookdeck, and n8n for reporting, QA, asset routing, and lead management.
  • Build executive reporting and partner with Business Intelligence to improve data infrastructure.
  • Measure initiatives through metrics like hours saved, cycle-time reduction, and error-rate improvements.
  • Own initiatives from diagnosis to implementation, including documentation and team training.
