Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, or Registered Nurse (RN), or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- 2+ years of experience in project milestone management, managing resources, budgets, and coordinating team activities.
- Proven experience in start-up activities within a CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotech industry.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in driving cross-functional activities.
- Fluency in English and Turkish.
- Proficiency in computerized information systems, electronic spreadsheets, word processing, and electronic mail.
- Experience using milestone tracking tools and systems.
- Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and ICH guidelines.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage site start-up processes through development of activation readiness strategies.
- Coordinate critical path planning including IRB/EC and CA/MoH strategy, ICF customization, and IMP release requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure milestone alignment and timely site activation.
- Partner with functional leaders to identify risks and execute mitigation strategies.
- Maintain tracking systems to provide real-time analysis of progress against study, country, and site-level targets.
- Mentor and train staff on local regulations, submissions, and internal procedures.
- Support proposal activities and client presentations as required.
