Requirements

  • Strong technical expertise in HR and operations systems.
  • Hands-on experience with workflow automation, system configuration, and integrations.
  • Experience translating operational requirements into system or automation enhancements.
  • Proven ability to manage projects from initiation through execution.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and conflict management skills.
  • Understanding of asynchronous work in distributed teams.
  • High level of English proficiency, written and spoken.
  • Demonstrated AI fluency.

Responsibilities

  • Investigate and help resolve complex operational challenges across global operations.
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure operational issues are resolved effectively and sustainably.
  • Collaborate with the manager to deliver projects on system optimization and workflow automation.
  • Provide structured recommendations to Product and Engineering for system and tooling enhancements.
  • Support onboarding specialists during escalations and perform incident analysis.
  • Act as a first-line escalation owner for operational issues.
  • Design and implement initiatives to improve HR processes, SOPs, and metrics.
  • Analyze and execute technical improvements within onboarding and mobility-adjacent systems.
