Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, HRBP, HR Generalist, or People & Culture roles.
- Professional-level fluency in spoken and written English.
- Experience supporting remote and global teams.
- Strong experience with onboarding and employee lifecycle management.
- Experience handling employee relations situations professionally and confidentially.
- Experience managing HR systems such as BambooHR or similar HRIS platforms.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Experience using AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT for workflow optimization.
- Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace.
- Availability to support operations between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end onboarding process and employee setup across HR systems.
- Handle employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, changes, offboarding, and terminations.
- Maintain compliant and organized HR documentation and records.
- Serve as an HR partner for conflict resolution, performance tracking, and feedback processes.
- Drive execution of People & Culture projects using project management tools.
- Create and maintain HR content, including SOPs, policies, and training materials.
- Identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate company events, employee engagement initiatives, and off-sites.
