Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology.
  • At least 2 years of experience in IT-related positions.
  • Experience supporting Mac OS and Windows 10 & 11 environments.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Google Suite, and SharePoint.
  • Experience with cloud directory services and Microsoft Intune.
  • Capability in managing email messaging and Outlook configurations.
  • Strong hardware troubleshooting and diagnosis skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability as a team player with a result-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical service and 1st level support to end users for all IT matters.
  • Troubleshoot issues with corporate devices, phones, peripherals, and software applications.
  • Manage Mac OS, Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office, network connectivity, and printers.
  • Configure and troubleshoot email services including Outlook.
  • Handle desktop hardware diagnosis and manage vendor escalations.
  • Perform IT administrative tasks for employee onboarding and offboarding.
  • Document support cases in the ticketing system and update the knowledge base.
  • Maintain IT inventory, asset tagging, and hardware/license tracking.
  • Ensure all assigned cases are resolved within established SLAs.
