Requirements
- Minimum Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology.
- At least 2 years of experience in IT-related positions.
- Experience supporting Mac OS and Windows 10 & 11 environments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Google Suite, and SharePoint.
- Experience with cloud directory services and Microsoft Intune.
- Capability in managing email messaging and Outlook configurations.
- Strong hardware troubleshooting and diagnosis skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability as a team player with a result-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical service and 1st level support to end users for all IT matters.
- Troubleshoot issues with corporate devices, phones, peripherals, and software applications.
- Manage Mac OS, Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office, network connectivity, and printers.
- Configure and troubleshoot email services including Outlook.
- Handle desktop hardware diagnosis and manage vendor escalations.
- Perform IT administrative tasks for employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Document support cases in the ticketing system and update the knowledge base.
- Maintain IT inventory, asset tagging, and hardware/license tracking.
- Ensure all assigned cases are resolved within established SLAs.
