Requirements
- 3+ years of direct hands-on experience in roll-out, maintenance, and support of IT infrastructure.
- Experience managing a fleet of macOS devices.
- Proficiency with Okta administration and SSO implementations.
- Experience automating workflows and processes (e.g., Okta Workflows, Zapier).
- Strong SaaS management experience, including license utilization and spend analysis.
- Excellent communication skills, with a focus on written communication.
- Relationship-driven approach to maintaining organizational trust.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision in a distributed team environment.
- Creative and pragmatic problem-solving skills for scalable IT solutions.
- Strong time management and project management skills.
Responsibilities
- Implement SSO applications, manage user onboarding/offboarding, and build automation workflows using Okta Workflows and Zapier.
- Monitor and enforce SaaS license utilization to identify rightsizing and cost-saving opportunities.
- Build and maintain reporting to track SaaS spend trends and renewal risks for leadership.
- Develop automation tools to eliminate manual IT tasks and integrate SaaS tools via API.
- Triage IT support issues and build automations to address recurring request patterns.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance and maintain the employee macOS experience.
- Partner with Finance and team owners to maximize value from SaaS investments.
