Requirements
- Good proficiency with TypeScript, React, and CSS.
- Proven experience in both design and engineering disciplines.
- Ability to build conviction by shipping features and gathering user feedback.
- Strong visual design taste and ability to execute UI/UX improvements.
- Experience designing products and shipping code to users.
- Comfortable managing your own projects with minimal process or structure.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and communicate deliberately in a remote environment.
- For Junior level: no more than 2 years of industry experience.
- For Mid/Senior level: 2+ years of continuous experience as an engineer or designer.
Responsibilities
- Work on challenging design problems by wireframing flows and implementing polished UIs.
- Expand and enhance the in-house design system with flexible, composable components.
- Consult on bespoke design work needed by Product Engineers.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback by shipping features to users.
- Iterate on designs and technical implementations based on user needs and business priorities.
