Requirements
- No more than 2 years of industry experience as a designer or engineer.
- Good proficiency with TypeScript, React, and CSS.
- Strong visual design taste and execution skills.
- Ability to work with minimal process and take project ownership.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to communicate deliberately.
- Evidence of past projects with at least a couple of users.
- Interest in both UI/UX design and technical implementation.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement product features end-to-end.
- Expand and enhance the in-house design system.
- Consult on bespoke design work needed by Product Engineers.
- Research problems, write product specs, and build wireframes.
- Gather user feedback by shipping to a subset of users.
- Iterate on design and implementation based on user needs.
