Requirements
- 4+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in building backend services with Node.js (JavaScript or TypeScript).
- Experience designing, building, and operating distributed systems in a cloud environment (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Experience in various testing strategies (unit, integration, end-to-end).
- Product-oriented mindset with ability to understand customer needs.
- Knowledge of identity and access management (IAM) domain (nice to have).
- Knowledge of security engineering and application security practices (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate critical services that form the backbone of the identity platform.
- Work with NodeJS, TypeScript, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and Redis.
- Build innovative features and standards to extend platform capabilities.
- Take ownership of technical quality, security, reliability, and scalability.
- Collaborate across Product, Security, Design, Architecture, and QA teams.
- Mentor other engineers and contribute to technical culture.
- Participate in an on-call rotation.
