Requirements
- 6+ years of relevant work experience in Database Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or Solution Architecture.
- Strong background with relational database management systems, specifically PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Background in web application development.
- Familiarity with Python, TypeScript, and JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, Svelte).
- Experience with Node.js.
- Strong technical communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for different audiences.
- Experience with project management, business analysis, and revenue operations tools (e.g., HubSpot, BigQuery).
- Previous experience leading customer-facing engagements to deliver technical and business value.
Responsibilities
- Apply SRE principles to customer success to ensure platform reliability and performance.
- Handle complex, long-running technical escalations from Support and Solutions Architects.
- Perform application architecture assessments, database design, and performance optimization for enterprise customers.
- Advise internal engineering teams on feature implementation and provide feedback based on customer needs.
- Enable Support and Success teams by sharing technical documentation and knowledge.
- Champion customer feature requests and advocate for platform improvements.
