Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in indirect or channel sales.
- Deep experience selling UCaaS, VoIP, telecom, or related technology solutions.
- Proven track record of owning a partner portfolio and hitting or exceeding quota.
- Technical knowledge of VoIP, UCaaS, and SIP technologies.
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder opportunities and engaging with partner leadership.
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to travel up to 25% for partner meetings and industry events.
- Exceptional interpersonal and influence-without-authority skills.
- Experience using AI-powered tools for sales productivity is highly valued.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own bookings targets through a portfolio of channel partners, driving consistent deal volume by recruiting new partners and maximizing production from existing ones.
- Build and execute a partner recruitment strategy targeting agents, MSPs, and IT consultants.
- Develop and implement structured activation plans for new and dormant partners.
- Lead and support partner-sourced opportunities through the full sales cycle including discovery, demos, and closing.
- Collaborate with Marketing to design and execute co-marketing campaigns and enablement programs.
- Build multi-threaded relationships within partner organizations to ensure FluentStream is a preferred vendor.
- Serve as a product and sales motion expert, providing training and deal support to increase partner deal velocity.
- Leverage AI tools for partner research, outreach, enablement content, and deal coaching.
- Maintain clean pipeline hygiene and forecast bookings in Salesforce.
- Represent the company at partner events, industry conferences, and joint customer meetings.
