Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 10 years of experience working with or for energy providers, integrators, or related organizations in the grid industry.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a customer-facing sales role, preferably selling complex technical solutions.
- Strong understanding of electrical grid infrastructure, power systems, energy storage solutions, and related technologies.
- Proficiency in CRM, pipeline management, and sales forecasting.
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling value propositions.
- Fluent spoken and written English proficiency.
- Highly organized, self-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel regularly for customer meetings, industry events, and internal company meetings.
Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities within the grid industry.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting through contract negotiation.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and document customer interactions in Salesforce.
- Provide regular revenue forecasting and pipeline status updates.
- Collaborate with Production, Supply Chain, Application Engineering, and Finance teams.
- Deliver technical consultations regarding product capabilities and value propositions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide strategic positioning input.
- Negotiate commercial contracts and terms and conditions.
