Requirements
- 7+ years in B2B SaaS in Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, Sales Planning, or Professional Services.
- Hands-on Sales Planning / RevOps practitioner experience, including territory, quota, and capacity planning.
- Hands-on technical fluency in configuring complex SaaS tools or RevOps platforms.
- Proven end-to-end implementation ownership including scope definition, UAT, and stabilization.
- Demonstrated ability to build methodology, playbooks, and support models at scale.
- Strong strategic and consultative skills to drive customer maturity.
- High autonomy and ownership mindset in early-product environments.
- Strong executive communication and cross-functional influence skills.
Responsibilities
- Align with Professional Services to define and enforce clear implementation milestones and exit criteria.
- Support Planning configuration oversight, including troubleshooting logic and data integration issues.
- Define and iterate Planning customer profiles and maturity matrices.
- Co-design and maintain the CIQ Planning Implementation & Customer Journey.
- Own the structured post-implementation journey, including 30/60/90-day stabilization.
- Build and maintain a core cohort of referenceable Planning customers.
- Act as the internal voice of the Planning customer across cross-functional teams.
- Support Account Directors on expansion plays and renewal conversations.
