Requirements

  • 7+ years in B2B SaaS in Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, Sales Planning, or Professional Services.
  • Hands-on Sales Planning / RevOps practitioner experience, including territory, quota, and capacity planning.
  • Hands-on technical fluency in configuring complex SaaS tools or RevOps platforms.
  • Proven end-to-end implementation ownership including scope definition, UAT, and stabilization.
  • Demonstrated ability to build methodology, playbooks, and support models at scale.
  • Strong strategic and consultative skills to drive customer maturity.
  • High autonomy and ownership mindset in early-product environments.
  • Strong executive communication and cross-functional influence skills.

Responsibilities

  • Align with Professional Services to define and enforce clear implementation milestones and exit criteria.
  • Support Planning configuration oversight, including troubleshooting logic and data integration issues.
  • Define and iterate Planning customer profiles and maturity matrices.
  • Co-design and maintain the CIQ Planning Implementation & Customer Journey.
  • Own the structured post-implementation journey, including 30/60/90-day stabilization.
  • Build and maintain a core cohort of referenceable Planning customers.
  • Act as the internal voice of the Planning customer across cross-functional teams.
  • Support Account Directors on expansion plays and renewal conversations.
