Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely fashion and move to resolution.
  • Serve as a liaison between customers, vendors, and internal resources.
  • Develop and retain product, industry, and vendor resource knowledge.
  • Identify whitespace opportunities within existing customer accounts.
  • Manage open opportunities and assist in closing renewal, upsell, and new sales cycles.
  • Collaborate on marketing communication follow-ups and promote Professional Services engagements.
  • Assist in forecast management and internal strategic reporting.
