- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely fashion and move to resolution.
- Serve as a liaison between customers, vendors, and internal resources.
- Develop and retain product, industry, and vendor resource knowledge.
- Identify whitespace opportunities within existing customer accounts.
- Manage open opportunities and assist in closing renewal, upsell, and new sales cycles.
- Collaborate on marketing communication follow-ups and promote Professional Services engagements.
- Assist in forecast management and internal strategic reporting.
