Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in account management, engagement management, technical delivery leadership, or partnerships.
- Recent experience with AI/ML data, model evaluation, or benchmarking.
- Proven track record of growing accounts and converting pilot projects into production.
- Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as delivery lead, TAM, or forward-deployed engineer.
- Ability to lead senior technical conversations with AI labs, ML teams, or enterprise buyers.
- Strong understanding of how frontier data and evaluation work is purchased and assessed.
- Commercial instincts with the ability to navigate pricing and scope in fast-moving environments.
- Fluent in English.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the senior, trusted point of contact for lab partners via Slack and calls.
- Scope new engagements and convert pilots into production work.
- Oversee delivery outcomes across the account's projects by managing Human Data Managers.
- Manage account-level scope, pricing inputs, and margins.
- Track client strategic direction to surface and secure new opportunities.
- Provide feedback to the Human Data Evals Lead based on partner insights.
