Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, engagement management, technical delivery leadership, or partnerships.
  • Recent experience with AI/ML data, model evaluation, or benchmarking.
  • Proven track record of growing accounts and converting pilot projects into production.
  • Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as delivery lead, TAM, or forward-deployed engineer.
  • Ability to lead senior technical conversations with AI labs, ML teams, or enterprise buyers.
  • Strong understanding of how frontier data and evaluation work is purchased and assessed.
  • Commercial instincts with the ability to navigate pricing and scope in fast-moving environments.
  • Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the senior, trusted point of contact for lab partners via Slack and calls.
  • Scope new engagements and convert pilots into production work.
  • Oversee delivery outcomes across the account's projects by managing Human Data Managers.
  • Manage account-level scope, pricing inputs, and margins.
  • Track client strategic direction to surface and secure new opportunities.
  • Provide feedback to the Human Data Evals Lead based on partner insights.
