Requirements
- 5 years of total sales experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in major account or strategic sales.
- Track record of selling complex technical solutions.
- Demonstrated success by exceeding quota on a consistent basis.
- Experience managing business forecasts and financial models.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to define processes and build programs.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, LinkedIn SalesNav, Looker, Tableau, and Google Workspace (Google Sheets).
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage and strategically expand relationships with High Tech customer accounts.
- Develop, drive, and execute account strategy to deliver revenue, gross margin, and gross profit results.
- Drive the entire sales process from prospecting to deal closure.
- Run consultative sales cycles with a focus on deep discovery and understanding customer business needs.
- Map customer technical requirements to the capabilities of Twilio’s communications API platform.
- Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders including developers, product managers, and executives.
- Serve on a cross-functional account team with product, finance, partner, and support teams.
- Run a disciplined forecast and present guidance to executive management.
