Requirements

  • 5 years of total sales experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in major account or strategic sales.
  • Track record of selling complex technical solutions.
  • Demonstrated success by exceeding quota on a consistent basis.
  • Experience managing business forecasts and financial models.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to define processes and build programs.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, LinkedIn SalesNav, Looker, Tableau, and Google Workspace (Google Sheets).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and strategically expand relationships with High Tech customer accounts.
  • Develop, drive, and execute account strategy to deliver revenue, gross margin, and gross profit results.
  • Drive the entire sales process from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Run consultative sales cycles with a focus on deep discovery and understanding customer business needs.
  • Map customer technical requirements to the capabilities of Twilio’s communications API platform.
  • Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders including developers, product managers, and executives.
  • Serve on a cross-functional account team with product, finance, partner, and support teams.
  • Run a disciplined forecast and present guidance to executive management.
