Requirements
- 3+ years in finance or accounting operations with direct ownership of AR, collections, or payouts.
- Strong experience with full-cycle accounts receivable: invoicing, collections, cash application, and aging management.
- Proven reconciliation rigor tying subledgers or trackers to general ledgers.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets, including large multi-tab workbooks and complex data handling.
- Hands-on experience with Bill.com and QuickBooks Online or similar financial systems.
- Intermediate accounting literacy regarding AR/AP and creator-brand-kit payout flows.
- Experience with month-end close procedures against hard deadlines.
- Clear, professional written communication skills for brand and creator correspondence.
- Comfort working with large transactional datasets using tools like Mode and Stripe.
- Ability to work reliably and responsively in a remote, asynchronous environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full order-to-cash cycle including invoicing brands and collecting payments.
- Execute creator payout runs according to schedule.
- Perform month-end close processes within business days 1-4.
- Maintain disciplined dunning cycles and manage collections escalations.
- Reconcile QuickBooks Online and Bill.com to ensure financial accuracy.
- Surface and address manual process gaps and variances.
- Partner with finance and engineering teams to evaluate and implement improved systems.
