Requirements
- 2+ years of sales experience.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to use standard office equipment (printer, scanner, copier, fax, telephone, PC).
- Self-starter, highly motivated, goal-oriented, and high-achieving.
- Strong initiative and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
- Strong sales abilities within mortgage loan originations is preferred.
- Ability to analyze financial information is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Originate a portfolio of mortgage loans through the identification and development of relationships with realtors, mortgage brokers, and investors.
- Manage a pipeline with multiple prospects.
- Analyze potential loan markets and develop referral networks to locate prospects for loans.
- Recruit and manage referral sources, including overseeing referral payments and advertising strategies.
- Educate and guide customers on the company website and loan products.
- Work with management to project closed loan volume and consistently meet funding goals.
- Develop and apply strategies to ensure exceptional customer experience by analyzing recorded phone calls.
