Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to use standard office equipment (printer, scanner, copier, fax, telephone, PC).
  • Self-starter, highly motivated, goal-oriented, and high-achieving.
  • Strong initiative and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Strong sales abilities within mortgage loan originations is preferred.
  • Ability to analyze financial information is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Originate a portfolio of mortgage loans through the identification and development of relationships with realtors, mortgage brokers, and investors.
  • Manage a pipeline with multiple prospects.
  • Analyze potential loan markets and develop referral networks to locate prospects for loans.
  • Recruit and manage referral sources, including overseeing referral payments and advertising strategies.
  • Educate and guide customers on the company website and loan products.
  • Work with management to project closed loan volume and consistently meet funding goals.
  • Develop and apply strategies to ensure exceptional customer experience by analyzing recorded phone calls.
