Responsibilities

  • Support customers in resolving open inquiries and issues.
  • Handle telephone and written support via the ticketing system.
  • Prioritize and route incoming tickets regarding technical, contractual, or general product queries.
  • Optimize internal processes and coordinate across departments to improve service.
  • Onboard and train new team members within the Customer Success department.
