Responsibilities
- Support customers in resolving open inquiries and issues.
- Handle telephone and written support via the ticketing system.
- Prioritize and route incoming tickets regarding technical, contractual, or general product queries.
- Optimize internal processes and coordinate across departments to improve service.
- Onboard and train new team members within the Customer Success department.
