- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving environment
- Experience growing social media accounts organically
- Background in content creation, community management, or social media marketing
- Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
- Experience creating short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, or Facebook
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute organic social media strategies across multiple platforms
- Create and schedule engaging content that aligns with our brand and audience
- Identify trends, content opportunities, and emerging formats that increase engagement
- Grow audience reach, followers, and community engagement organically
- Collaborate with leadership to turn coaching content, events, testimonials, and success stories into social media assets
- Monitor social media performance and provide recommendations for improvement
- Engage with followers and help foster an active online community
- Research competitors and industry leaders to identify content opportunities
- Coordinate content calendars and ensure consistent posting schedules
- Support video, short-form content, and repurposing initiatives across channels
