- 10+ years of experience in professional services roles within software companies, particularly SaaS.
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership position.
- Strong understanding of enterprise software architectures, including cloud technologies and modern application development.
- Proven ability to lead and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and growth-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated success in managing revenue targets and driving services sales efforts.
- Strong leadership skills, with a history of developing and guiding high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Willingness to travel at least 40% for customer engagements and business needs.
Responsibilities
- Drive standardized delivery frameworks for global consistency and scalability.
- Innovate with tools, automation, and AI to optimize service delivery and performance.
- Manage Professional Services P&L for timely, high-quality delivery and cost efficiency.
- Lead hiring to build high-performing Professional Services and TAM teams.
- Build long-term client relationships and develop strategic partnerships for integrated service delivery.
- Collaborate with Sales and Pre-Sales to support sales and identify growth opportunities.
