Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in communication, advertising, marketing, or design.
- 7+ years of experience, preferably in a small-mid size creative agency atmosphere.
- Proficiency with G Suite Apps (Docs, Slides, Sheets).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Experience with project management and financial reporting software.
- Proven experience with creative teams, production, influencer, social, paid, and digital marketing.
- PMP or similar certification preferred.
- Design experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Oversee project management across multiple creative portfolios and individual projects.
- Create, manage, and update budgets, timelines, staff plans, and vendor contracts.
- Work with finance to track budgets, provide reporting, and make adjustments to project constraints.
- Implement and standardize internal processes for budgeting and tracking.
- Serve as a primary point of contact to ensure synergy between internal and external teams.
- Develop detailed project briefs and clarify requirements with creative teams, account leads, and clients.
- Delegate projects based on staff strengths and mentor junior team members.
- Schedule and facilitate meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
