Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in project, program, or PMO management and marketing operations.
- Experience independently leading complex, cross-functional projects from intake through delivery.
- Strong knowledge of creative and marketing workflows (planning, reviews, production, launch).
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional marketing stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Asana or similar project management tools.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with intake systems and traffic coordination models.
- Experience supporting marketing campaign frameworks and asset roadmaps.
- Proven experience creating scalable documentation, playbooks, or workflow improvements.
- Proven experience using AI tools for project planning or operational analysis.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project and program management for integrated marketing initiatives.
- Support intake, triage, prioritization, and scoping for new project requests.
- Manage cross-functional stakeholders in prioritization conversations.
- Use Asana to manage scope, timelines, dependencies, and tradeoffs.
- Serve as a central point of contact across Creative, Growth, Partner Marketing, Product, and Client Success.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, bottlenecks, and resource constraints.
- Create and maintain project-level documentation to improve execution quality.
- Recommend improvements to intake, routing, workflow design, and operational standards.
- Support adoption of scalable systems and change management efforts.
- Use AI tools to improve planning and workflow execution.
