5-8 years of experience in project, program, or PMO management and marketing operations.
Experience independently leading complex, cross-functional projects from intake through delivery.
Strong knowledge of creative and marketing workflows (planning, reviews, production, launch).
Experience collaborating with cross-functional marketing stakeholders.
Proficiency with Asana or similar project management tools.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
Familiarity with intake systems and traffic coordination models.
Experience supporting marketing campaign frameworks and asset roadmaps.
Proven experience creating scalable documentation, playbooks, or workflow improvements.
Proven experience using AI tools for project planning or operational analysis.

Lead end-to-end project and program management for integrated marketing initiatives.
Support intake, triage, prioritization, and scoping for new project requests.
Manage cross-functional stakeholders in prioritization conversations.
Use Asana to manage scope, timelines, dependencies, and tradeoffs.
Serve as a central point of contact across Creative, Growth, Partner Marketing, Product, and Client Success.
Proactively identify and mitigate risks, bottlenecks, and resource constraints.
Create and maintain project-level documentation to improve execution quality.
Recommend improvements to intake, routing, workflow design, and operational standards.
Support adoption of scalable systems and change management efforts.
Use AI tools to improve planning and workflow execution.
