Requirements
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
- Management experience in an enterprise software environment (SaaS)
- Customer-facing professional services or consulting experience
- Experience managing a remote team
- Operational management and project management skills
- Experience leading process transformation initiatives
- Strong AI fluency and experience applying AI tools
- Experience with EHR platforms within healthcare or LTPAC
- Experience supporting Professional Services sales and SOW development
- Strong communication, presentation, and team leadership skills
Responsibilities
- Lead the team to ensure successful delivery of all service engagements
- Manage project risk and client escalations
- Collaborate with Customer Care, Sales, and cross-functional teams
- Drive process transformation initiatives to redesign workflows and tools
- Champion AI adoption and integrate AI into delivery workflows
- Act as a thought leader in delivery innovation
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Support and develop direct reports through coaching and career planning
- Hire, lead, and mentor staff
- Monitor and audit project health and customer experience
- Manage department and individual KPIs
