Requirements

  • 4–7+ years in marketing operations, demand generation, or growth/analytics in a B2B environment.
  • Hands-on experience with a marketing automation platform (e.g., CIJ, Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot).
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce) and marketing-CRM integration.
  • Proficiency in webinar operational execution (e.g., Teams Live, Zoom, ON24).
  • Strong understanding of email best practices, deliverability, and campaign QA.
  • Experience building and maintaining reports and dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, CRM native).
  • Proficiency in data handling including list manipulation, segmentation, and Excel/Sheets or SQL.
  • Familiarity with lead management concepts (MQL/SAL/SQL) and ABM strategy.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Detail-oriented, quality-driven, and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize marketing automation platform and associated data flows.
  • Translate campaign, ABM, and webinar plans into operational requirements, including forms, landing pages, and emails.
  • Build, QA, and launch outbound campaigns and nurture flows to meet lead and conversion targets.
  • Manage end-to-end webinar operations, including scheduling, invitation workflows, and post-event lead hand-off.
  • Maintain marketing databases, including contact list intake, cleansing, and segmentation.
  • Build and maintain dashboards to report on campaign performance, webinar KPIs, and funnel metrics.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure data models and lead routing rules are effective.
