- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
- Must have a computer with Windows 10 or 11
- Reliable internet connection
- USB headset
- Quiet, distraction-free workspace
- Must be comfortable completing unpaid client certification programs (typically 2–4 weeks)
Responsibilities
- Provide professional and empathetic support to customers via phone, chat, or email
- Follow client-specific procedures and use tools provided to resolve inquiries
- Maintain a quiet, distraction-free work environment during scheduled hours
- Attend and complete any required training or certification for selected projects
- Communicate effectively and escalate issues when needed
- Adhere to performance metrics and client guidelines
