  • Must be comfortable completing unpaid client certification programs (typically 2–4 weeks)

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional and empathetic support to customers via phone, chat, or email
  • Follow client-specific procedures and use tools provided to resolve inquiries
  • Maintain a quiet, distraction-free work environment during scheduled hours
  • Attend and complete any required training or certification for selected projects
  • Communicate effectively and escalate issues when needed
