Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a customer service role within a concierge-level or white-glove support environment.
  • Prior experience in a small animal clinic.
  • Proven ability to take full ownership of client concerns.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Comfort with technology, including experience using customer support and medical record software.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment and ability to problem-solve.
  • Reliable internet with >100mb down/up and <10ms latency.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver consistent, high-quality service by addressing general inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
  • Engage with members via chat, email, and phone, utilizing various software tools.
  • Take full responsibility for resolving complex issues from start to resolution.
  • Manage the member journey from sign-up and onboarding to retention and win-back efforts.
  • Drive business growth by encouraging members to schedule procedures and appointments.
  • Maintain precise medical records and document customer interactions thoroughly.
