Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a customer service role within a concierge-level or white-glove support environment.
- Prior experience in a small animal clinic.
- Proven ability to take full ownership of client concerns.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Comfort with technology, including experience using customer support and medical record software.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment and ability to problem-solve.
- Reliable internet with >100mb down/up and <10ms latency.
Responsibilities
- Deliver consistent, high-quality service by addressing general inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Engage with members via chat, email, and phone, utilizing various software tools.
- Take full responsibility for resolving complex issues from start to resolution.
- Manage the member journey from sign-up and onboarding to retention and win-back efforts.
- Drive business growth by encouraging members to schedule procedures and appointments.
- Maintain precise medical records and document customer interactions thoroughly.
