Requirements

- Fluency in Japanese (N1 level) and English, both written and verbal.
- Previous experience in customer service and/or sales preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Proficiency in CRM software.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both Japanese and English.
- Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution.
- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable office solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify sales opportunities and close deals.
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales presentations in Japanese and English.
- Serve as a language bridge between Japanese-speaking customers and English-speaking team members.
- Translate documents, marketing materials, and communications.
