Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both Japanese and English.
  • Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution.
  • Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable office solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify sales opportunities and close deals.
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales presentations in Japanese and English.
  • Serve as a language bridge between Japanese-speaking customers and English-speaking team members.
  • Translate documents, marketing materials, and communications.
