Requirements
- 1 year of customer service experience.
- 1 year of sales experience with a quota or objective.
- Must reside in the state of Nevada.
- Must have a flexible schedule with the ability to work at least 1 weekend day regularly.
- Ability to establish a private workspace with a lockable door.
- Reliable high-speed internet (at least 100 Mbps).
- Must be tech-savvy with ability to perform basic technical troubleshooting.
- Pass typing and skill assessments (40 WPM, 95% accuracy).
- Highly reliable with exemplary attendance.
Responsibilities
- Welcome new patients via inbound/outbound call, SMS, live chat, and email to schedule consultations.
- Support existing patients by processing follow-up requests and performing warm transfers to centers.
- Field non-urgent, urgent, and emergent medical escalations to connect patients with clinicians.
- Accurately capture and enter patient information with detailed notes in CRM systems.
- Adhere to compliance with call flow, candidacy screening, and quality assurance requirements.
- Build rapport with patients and offer support while navigating sensitive conversations.
- Collaborate with leadership, training, and QA teams on new services and policies.
