- Experience in sales, relationship management, or customer service (1-2 years preferred)
- Ability to work in a quota-driven, client-focused sales environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Stable internet connection (at least 20Mbps)
- HD monitor
- At least 8GB RAM
- i5 / Ryzen 5 or equivalent processors
- Noise-cancelling headset
Responsibilities
- Respond to Customer requests (by phone, email)
- Examine and resolve customer service issues
- Addressing customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Communicating changes, updates, delays, or complications with customers
- Process orders and resolve payment, refund, and billing issues
- Develop and execute sales campaigns using various sales tactics and focused messaging
- Establish and leverage strategies with existing partners to gain market share
- Execute daily outbound phone calls/emails
- Own individual and team revenue quota
