Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of experience in mortgage servicing.
- 1-3 years experience leading projects.
- Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience leading and motivating large, complex, and cross-organizational teams.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proven record of delivering projects and results according to plan.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field (Desired).
- Familiarity with regulatory and investor requirements (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA, CFPB) (Desired).
- Proficiency with project management tools, such as Microsoft Office, Sharepoint, and time tracking tools (Desired).
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end oversight for new product rollouts impacting mortgage servicing operations.
- Partner with oversight teams to develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Servicing, Compliance, Risk, IT, Training, and Operations to ensure alignment.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
- Facilitate project meetings, deliver status reporting, and manage communications to executive audiences.
- Coordinate with Compliance and Legal to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements (e.g., CFPB, investor guidelines).
- Resolve cross-functional challenges and negotiate solutions among project stakeholders.
