Requirements
- 5+ years in project or program management, or operations in the tech industry.
- Demonstrated ability to manage concurrent workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with multilingual AI annotation and audit workflows, or internationalization and localization experience.
- Strong technical adaptability to quickly learn new platforms, AI models, and products.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently with minimal guidance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong documentation skills, including the ability to create process documents and meeting notes.
- Strong attention to detail.
- BA or BS degree.
Responsibilities
- Manage the task pipeline in the audit platform by flagging bottlenecks and troubleshooting tooling issues.
- Triage incoming task requests while validating scope, volume, and feasibility.
- Pull and organize audit data to produce quality reports and maintain vendor quality scorecards.
- Prepare quality insights for cross-functional stakeholders.
- Manage day-to-day vendor communications across concurrent AI audit tasks.
- Track project deliverables and throughput by task and language, and monitor vendor quality patterns.
