Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to grammar and clarity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort working with digital case management systems.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions, policies, and regulatory guidelines with accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote, structured, and team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and facilitate clinical and peer review workflows, including case preparation, assignment, tracking, and completion.
  • Collect, verify, and organize medical records from provider offices to support clinical review processes.
  • Ensure accurate entry and maintenance of clinical review requests and case documentation within internal systems.
  • Communicate with internal teams, clients, and external providers to support smooth coordination and issue resolution.
  • Maintain compliance with client protocols, jurisdictional requirements, and confidentiality standards.
  • Monitor case progress and support achievement of departmental performance metrics and service timelines.
  • Prepare and manage documentation using company systems and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
