Requirements
- Technical fluency to independently evaluate partner technical fit and read partner documentation like APIs, connectors, and integration specs.
- Ability to hold partner architecture conversations without internal technical support.
- Strategic mindset to build a partner plan from scratch and defend it under pressure.
- Proven track record of cross-functional execution across Sales, Product, Finance, Marketing, and Engineering.
- Operating discipline to manage function rebuilds and processes independently.
- Experience in commercial structuring, including revenue share, marketplace mechanics, deal registration, or pricing schemes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to translate between technical and commercial audiences.
- Willingness to travel for partner engagements and quarterly cadence in Atlanta.
Responsibilities
- Own the four pillars of Ditto's partner motion: Cloud (AWS), Technology, Services & Solutions, and OEM partnerships.
- Refine and re-imagine the FY27 partner plan including targets, named-partner waterfall, comp structure, and reporting cadence.
- Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline as a forecastable revenue contribution.
- Evaluate partner technical fit, lead AWS APN Foundational Technical Review work, and design joint reference architectures.
- Design and launch a partner certification program.
- Manage partnership operations including agreement templates, partner tiers, deal registration, and the partner tooling stack (Crossbeam, Clazar, HubSpot).
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Product teams to position partnerships as a force multiplier.
