Requirements
- Understanding of API architectures, including the ability to design integrations using REST and SOAP.
- Expertise in real time communication patterns (Webhooks versus WebSockets).
- Knowledge of modern authentication and authorization frameworks, including OAuth 2.0 grant types.
- Proven ability in rapid prototyping and leading complex integration projects from discovery to launch.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience creating high-quality technical documentation, training materials, and enablement resources.
- Proficiency with modern sales and development tools, including Salesforce and generative AI platforms.
- Demonstrated automation and AI capabilities and AI fluency.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical sales cycle for strategic partnerships, conducting discovery sessions and delivering tailored API-focused product demonstrations.
- Scope, plan, and lead the delivery of technical proof-of-concept (POC) projects.
- Act as the primary technical advisor for partners, helping triage critical integration issues and providing expert guidance for implementation.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive library of technical enablement materials, including implementation guides and best practice documents.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Remote’s API and integration capabilities, providing internal training and acting as an onboarding buddy.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure alignment on Remote Embedded product roadmaps and deliverables.
- Translate partner and customer requirements into detailed product and business requirements.
