Requirements
- Understanding of API architectures, including design and evaluation using REST and SOAP.
- Expertise in real-time communication patterns (Webhooks versus WebSockets).
- Knowledge of modern authentication and authorization frameworks, specifically OAuth 2.0.
- Proven ability in rapid prototyping, technical troubleshooting, and project management.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience creating high-quality technical documentation and enablement resources.
- Proficiency with modern sales tools like Salesforce.
- Demonstrated automation and AI capabilities and fluency.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Experience working remotely is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical sales cycle for strategic partnerships, including discovery sessions and API-focused product demonstrations.
- Scope, plan, and lead the delivery of technical proof-of-concept (POC) projects.
- Act as the primary technical advisor for partners, providing guidance on integration implementation and triaging critical issues.
- Develop technical enablement materials, including implementation guides and best-practice documentation.
- Create and maintain scalable resources such as the open-source Remote API Demo application.
- Translate partner requirements into detailed product requirements and advocate for enhancements.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Remote’s API capabilities and provide internal team training.
