Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- 2-3 years minimum customer service experience.
- Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
- Technical proficiency with digital platforms.
- Reliable internet connection with at least 20 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds.
- Private, dedicated, distraction-free workplace for confidentiality.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Positive, driven, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to adhere to assigned work schedules and punctuality requirements.
- Must reside in Utah, North Carolina, or Texas.
Responsibilities
- Answer 2-3 incoming customer chats concurrently using the NICE CXOne platform.
- Consult customers on the best value for contact lens purchases to drive sales.
- Reply to incoming emails and MMS from customers as business needs require.
- Communicate and engage with the team via one-on-ones, meetings, and chats in a virtual environment.
- Request prescriptions via phone from eye care providers as needed.
- Identify and resolve customer problems to ensure a positive experience.
- Maintain performance metrics including revenue per chat, quality, and timeliness.
