- Answer 2-3 incoming customer chats concurrently using the NICE CXOne platform.
- Consult customers on the best value for contact lens purchases.
- Reply to incoming emails and MMS from customers as business needs require.
- Communicate and engage with manager and team members in a virtual environment.
- Request prescriptions via phone from eye care providers as needed.
- Identify and resolve problems to ensure positive customer experience.
- Maintain high performance metrics including revenue per chat, quality, availability, and timeliness.
