Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales or retail customer service is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of e-bikes is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency with office applications (PC/Mac, word processors, spreadsheets, web browsers, mobile devices).
  • Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills for frequent phone interaction.
  • Ability to travel 90% of the time.
  • Motivated self-starter with proactive sales approach.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.
  • Demonstrated ability to follow through on tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Learn the Aventon brand product line and proactively reach out to partners to sell products.
  • Listen to and document partner feedback during onsite visits and develop solutions.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing bike shops, outdoor brands, and sporting goods stores.
  • Establish new partnerships with onboarded shops and maintain assigned accounts.
  • Enter sales orders and track progress to ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Provide ongoing training to partner teams on product knowledge and sales tactics.
  • Generate revenue to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
