Requirements
- Previous experience in sales or retail customer service is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of e-bikes is highly preferred.
- Proficiency with office applications (PC/Mac, word processors, spreadsheets, web browsers, mobile devices).
- Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal communication skills for frequent phone interaction.
- Ability to travel 90% of the time.
- Motivated self-starter with proactive sales approach.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.
- Demonstrated ability to follow through on tasks.
Responsibilities
- Learn the Aventon brand product line and proactively reach out to partners to sell products.
- Listen to and document partner feedback during onsite visits and develop solutions.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing bike shops, outdoor brands, and sporting goods stores.
- Establish new partnerships with onboarded shops and maintain assigned accounts.
- Enter sales orders and track progress to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Provide ongoing training to partner teams on product knowledge and sales tactics.
- Generate revenue to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
